Immerse yourself in a transformative experience with our Aerial Floating Meditation, designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Suspended in a soft, luxurious aerial hammock with a cozy blanket, you will feel weightless as you gently sway, allowing tension to melt away and a profound sense of relaxation to set in. Guided by an experienced meditation facilitator, this session will lead you through mindful breathing techniques and visualization exercises, promoting inner peace and mental clarity. To enhance your journey, we incorporate aromatherapy and crystal singing bowls.No prior experience necessary

Hypnotherapy is often misunderstood, yet it’s a powerful and versatile tool that supports emotional, mental, and even physical wellbeing. In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn what hypnotherapy truly is, how it works, and how it engages the subconscious mind to help create meaningful, positive shifts in thoughts, habits, and behaviours.
You’ll discover how hypnotherapy can support:
- Stress and anxiety reduction
- Emotional regulation and resilience
- Improving focus, clarity, and decision-making
- Letting go of unhelpful patterns and self-limiting beliefs
- Enhancing creativity and unlocking mental blocks
- Cultivating calm, presence, and overall wellbeingWe’ll explore the mind–body connection, the role of the subconscious mind, and how entering a relaxed, focused state can create space for transformation, insight, and inner balance. Join us for a powerful journey to awaken the heart, move the body, and melt into deep restoration — all in the vibrant and welcoming space of Yoga Public.
We’ll begin the evening with a heart-opening kriya. This session will include chanting, breath of fire, bandha activation, and other energizing yet grounding techniques drawn from kundalini yoga. The focus: cultivating a calm and open heart to carry into the rest of the evening.
Freeform Dance with Devon Dare
Next, drop into your body and let go through dance. Devon Dare will guide a dynamic and soulful DJ set . Expect a soundscape that moves you from within, inviting expression and freedom on the dance floor.
We’ll close with a deeply restful savasana, allowing your nervous system to soften and reset. Choose any comfortable position on your mat and let the stillness integrate your practice.

Join Asia and Nicky for a powerful 90-minute healing journey designed to help you reset, reconnect, and restore.This collaborative experience begins with 40 minutes of guided circular breathwork, a somatic practice that activates the body's natural ability to release stress, clear emotional blockages, and awaken inner clarity. With guided cues and support, you'll be invited to use your breath to cultivate presence, access innate wisdom, and create space for transformation.
Following breathwork, rest in the peace you've created and receive the calming vibrations of a 30-minute crystal sound bath. The soothing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls will help regulate your nervous system, integrate your breathwork experience, and guide you into a deep state of rest and renewal.
This event is a beautiful balance of active release and receptive stillness. No experience necessary, come as you are. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat.
Blankets and eye masks will be provided.
