This workshop focuses on mastering low arm balances, helping you build strength, balance, and confidence. We’ll explore foundational poses and their more advanced variations, breaking them down into manageable steps.
You’ll receive clear guidance on how to enter, hold, and transition between poses, along with personalized tips to simplify or intensify each balance according to your level.
We’ll gently prepare your body for each posture and work through stages of increasing difficulty, allowing you to find the comfort zone that suits you. You’ll understand exactly what you need to improve and how to train effectively.You’ll leave with:
• Step-by-step breakdowns of each pose and transitions
• Progressive difficulty levels to match your current practice
• Practical tips to make poses easier or more challenging
• Techniques for safe wrist preparation and recovery
• Awareness of your strengths and areas to developSuitable for practitioners already somehwat comfortable with Crow (Bakasana) or similar arm balances.

Breathe together with community to unlock the potent medicine that is accessible through the ancient practice of breathwork.
We will be practicing Flow Breathwork, a style of the three-part breath technique. We will start with a brief introduction and conversation, practice approximately 30 minutes of active breathing, and move into a rest period of guided meditation and grounding. Afterwards, we will have an opportunity to journal, reflect, and discuss. You will be lying down for this class, and we will be breathing at a low-medium intensity.
