  • Introduction to relaxation, meditation, stress & anxiety relief, and the expansion of consciousness. The exercises use a progressive technique with special Hemi-Sync® audio signals to guide you gently into a deep, receptive state of relaxation. This state of relaxation serves as a “switch” to activate your inner powers.

    With deep relaxation we will add expansion of consciousness.

A Journey of Deep Relaxation and Healing

Aerial Floating Meditation is a transformative sensory experience that nurtures body, mind, and spirit. Suspended in a soft, luxurious aerial hammock with a cozy blanket, you’ll feel weightless as gentle swaying releases tension and invites deep calm.

This guided practice blends mindful breathing, visualization techniques, crystal singing bowls, and aromatherapy—promoting inner peace, clarity, and profound relaxation.

No prior experience necessary. Simply come as you are and float into stillness.
